Last updated: October 17, 2026
PayMore is operated by Due Pay Limited (Hong Kong). PayMore is currently in early access.
1. Wallet deposits (USDT and Cashat)
Once credited, deposits are non-refundable to the original source, except where required by law or where a deposit was credited in error.
2. Wrong network or address
USDT sent on a network other than TRC20 or to a wrong address may be lost and cannot be guaranteed to be recovered.
3. Card issuance fees
Card issuance fees are non-refundable once the card is issued. If a card cannot be issued, the fee is returned to your PayMore wallet.
4. Card closure
When a card is closed, any remaining card balance is returned to your PayMore wallet, minus any applicable fees shown in the app.
5. Failed or disputed transactions
Report within 30 days of the transaction to [email protected]. We will investigate with the card provider; outcomes depend on card network rules.
6. Frozen or closed accounts
Funds of accounts closed for compliance reasons may be held until the review is complete or as required by law.
